REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

End of stay cleaning: 30 Euros
 Requested at your arrival , it is returned at your departure when the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition .

Pets: 25 Euros
 Requested at your arrival , it is returned  at your departure when repair or additionnal cleaning is not necessary (pet hairs, walls covered with dirt from dogs shaking , environment ...) and also calm of the residence been respected. Dogs who could be dangerous are not admitted : ie pitbull ..
